Dr. Rey’s Medical Background
Dr. Rey has been featured on CBS, WB, E! Channel, Elle Magazine and in the foreign media, for his innovative through-the-navel breast enhancement surgery. Although Dr. Rey did not invent this procedure, he has helped develop it. This procedure, performed by only a handful of surgeons, allows a small incision to be hidden deep in the belly button.
